DMA operates in a slim structure with highly experienced personnel who work as associates and are complemented by a network of professionals having expertise in the areas of Research, Survey and Studies, Project Cycle Management, M&E, Poverty, Gender and Child Development, Institutional Development, Human Rights and Governance, Urban and Rural Development, WatSan, Health and Nutrition, Education, Training, Disaster and Environment etc. However, currently there are 18 regular staff, five highly qualified senior consultants/researchers (rural development, poverty, nutrition, health and MIS/IT) and 13 junior to mid level staff members including field researchers and data entry technicians as well as administration and accounts personnel.
